Responsibilities

  • Assist sales team with the creation, modification, and validation of quotes, including edits inside of the CPQ System, to ensure accurate order processing
  • Help maintain the completeness of booking information including contact and billing details
  • Report on sales & marketing funnel metrics. Identify bottlenecks & opportunities for improvement
  • Review data in CRM to ensure accurate lead and account assignment, as well as timely follow up by direct and channel sales teams
  • Assist Salesforce admin on maintaining and developing the Partner Relationship Management & Customer Community
  • Support data quality and integrity initiatives and enable the team with actionable data insights and reports
  • Improve forecasting and data hygiene in our CRM system through daily maintenance and proactive cleanup efforts
  • Partner with Account Executives and SDRs to gather insights and data that can help improve our sales processes
  • Create and update Salesforce reports and dashboards for sales reps and managers

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales Operations or in a software sales environment
  • Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
  • Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced team environment
  • Analytics, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with CRM software, Excel, and G Suite preferred, Salesforce proficiency a big plus
  • Sales operations or deal desk experience a big plus
