How to upload a video to Absorb.

Log into your Absorb LMS portal as an Administrator.
Navigate to the Admin Experience.
Open the Courses menu from the left-hand side.
Select Courses from the menu.
Choose an existing Online Course or create a new one.
On the Add/Edit Online Course page, scroll down to the Syllabus section.
Select Add Learning Object.
Select Video from the Learning Object options.
Select Next.
Upload your video file. Max file size is 2GB.
Fill in the relevant details in the General, Video, and Options sections.
Save your changes.
